This was my first try, it hurt. Take another few looks at this video and don't repeat my mistake... After I invert the can and the green grommet is in place, tight, and i start pumping that BUTANE into that rubber hose. It falls down into my pisshole because I made it to wedge firmly sealing it to my pisshole. Next to fill is the grommet and clear plastic hose. Those 3 combined hose sections are enormous compared to my urethra add the expanding of the BUTANE and it's looking a little dicey. So, just before the blast look at the front side of my dick and you'll see that urethra bend way out absorbing all that energy. I had just sealed the hose ontop with my thumb tight! There was nowhere else that fuel could escape except to flood my bladder!

You're doing it wrong. Is that a cath? I don't use a cath, just a hose with the last 1/2" wedged into the end of my pisshole that widens at it's end so my dick holds on to it. A little superglue may help you
